The "Tourists' Daily Consumption" VisitDenmark study offers a detailed examination of the spending habits of visitors to Denmark and was released in July 2023. The study, which covers a number of industries including corporate travel, city travel, and coastal and natural travel, is based on information gathered from more than 13,000 in-person interviews that were done all over the country in 2022. Understanding the economic effects of tourism in Denmark is essential for developing and planning tourism-related activities as well as for more precisely focusing marketing efforts (The original piece available only in Danish).
