On 18 September 2025, the PANTOUR project will host a free online webinar highlighting the evolving job profiles shaping the future of the tourism and hospitality sector. The session will explore how shifting travel behaviours, technological innovation, and sustainability trends are creating new career opportunities for industry professionals.

Experts from the European Commission, the Hungarian Hospitality Employers’ Association, J. Selye University (Slovakia), the International Labour Organisation (ILO), Satakunta University of Applied Sciences (SAMK), and CEHAT will present these emerging roles. They will also discuss the essential skills and qualifications needed to thrive in this changing landscape and introduce new training programmes designed to bridge digital, sustainable, and social skills gaps.

Participants will gain practical insights to help them navigate and succeed in the industry's transformation.
