Portugal stands out as one of the most resilient Mediterranean destinations in the face of global warming. According to data from Mabrian, Portugal has the highest overall Climate Perception Index (CPI) among Mediterranean countries, with an average score of 90.8 out of 100. Despite the summer heat affecting the index in July and August, Portugal maintains consistent performance in terms of climate perception. The study emphasizes the importance of using reliable data to align traveler expectations with their actual experiences and future demand. (The original piece available only in Portuguese)
