The Green Skills for Future Tourism (G4T) project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union and led by IFOM Soc. Coop. Sociale in Italy, in collaboration with six European partners, is dedicated to advancing sustainable tourism education and training over a 24-month period, from February 1, 2022, to April 1, 2024. It aims to cultivate green tourism competencies through the development of three international CVET (Continuing Vocational Education and Training) curricula, enhance the quality of training, promote international cooperation among CVET providers and green tourism organizations, and inspire potential learners to pursue careers in sustainable tourism. The initiative is aligns with the objectives of the Next Generation EU and the European Green Deal, supporting ecological transition and sustainable economic growth in accordance with the Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
