The National Institute of Statistics reported that Luxembourg had 338 tourist accommodation facilities in 2023. Of these, 63.9% were hotels or similar entities, 20.7% were camping sites, 12.7% were other types of collective accommodation, and 2.7% were youth hostels. The camping sites offered the largest capacity, accommodating up to 38,433 individuals, while hotels and similar establishments could host 7,796 tourists. Back in 2019, there were 361 accommodation facilities in total, indicating a notable reduction, particularly among hotels and camping sites, which saw a combined decrease of 24 establishments.
