The Spanish tourism giant, Ávoris Corporación Empresarial, is set to acquire DIT Gestión, the management group with the highest number of travel agencies in Spain. The integration of DIT Gestión into Ávoris’ extensive portfolio of distribution brands is expected to occur through acquisition, while efforts are being made to preserve the group’s independence and that of its member agencies.
