The most recent figures from Dataestur and NSI indicate that in April 2024, the bus transportation system carried 22,021 passengers, while the railway transported 8,306 passengers. These numbers represent an increase of 32.4% for buses and 41.4% for trains when compared to the same month in 2019. Additionally, for both buses and trains, routes of average length are more common than longer ones.
