The Hotelverband Deutschland announces the beginning of the Start-up Award. Established in 2016, it aims to promote practical and innovative product developments within the German hospitality industry. Start-ups with relevant products can compete for the award, which includes participation in the Innovation Summit at the upnxt Hospitality Festival. The winner receives a year-long coaching and integration into association events, although there is no monetary prize. The applications must be submitted by April 30, 2025 (The original piece available only in German).
