The SU.RE. To. Tourism project, a European Union initiative running from November 2022 to October 2024, aims to support the sustainable recovery of small tourism businesses across Europe. The Responsible Human Resource Management course tackles the specific HR challenges within the tourism sector, focusing on the need for adaptable employment policies due to its seasonal nature and the significance of cross-cultural communication and inclusivity. It provides strategies to address high turnover and seasonal employment issues while emphasizing responsible HR practices to boost organizational performance and support the tourism industry's sustainable development. Registration grants free access to the course.
