As of July 23, 2024, Toerisme Vlaanderen reports that Flanders has 28,946 accommodations. The majority, 70.7%, are located in the West Flanders region, with Antwerp following at 10.9%. Vacation homes dominate the accommodation types, numbering 21,960 and making up 75.9% of the total, reflecting a strong preference among tourists. Toerisme Vlaanderen offers a free, daily updated statistical dashboard that provides detailed information on the current accommodation offerings, including registered, recognized, and licensed tourist accommodations in the Flemish Region (excluding Brussels).
