The STRATEG system provides a wealth of data on tourism in Poland. This includes information on events hosted by homes, cultural centers, clubs, and community centers, which peaked in 2023 with a total of 258,790 events. Accommodation capacity also saw a recovery from the pandemic impact, reaching its highest point in 2023. The system also tracks the number of visitors to museums and museum branches per 10,000 inhabitants, which also reached its zenith in 2023 with a figure of 11,226.5. The number of tourists, both domestic and foreign, who stayed overnight in tourist accommodation facilities, reached a record high of 36.2 million in 2023. The STRATEG system offers more data, which is publicly available and updated at least quarterly, allowing for an in-depth exploration of key indicators of tourism in Poland.
