Develhope aims to train 1250 young people by 2024 (1,000 from Italy, 250 from Spain). In particular, it aims to empower: 50% of the recipients in Full-stack software development, about 25% in Data Analytics and Data Engineering (Big Data, ETL), and finally 25% in Back-end development technologies, such as Java and Springboot.

Following our current impact data we estimate that 90% of them can successfully complete their training, and that 85% can find a job within 12 months, both in national and international companies.

This will be possible thanks to our Team of 50 engaged professionals at the service of digital learning, our specialized Placement team, and a network of +450 partner companies supporting our social impact projects and hiring our graduates actively (e.g., EY, PwC, Accenture, Deloitte, Engineering, Reply). 

In addition, thanks to our approach that combines accessibility to education with a ""study now pay later"" model, and a flexible and customized experience with a proprietary LMS and the ""flipped-mastery learning"", we can create a scalable and replicable process in other countries / regions, involving different target audiences (dedicating projects to more fragile categories, NEETs, people residing in more rural areas, etc.)

Activities will take place over a 10-month period between 2023 and 2024, including the acquisition process to select students (1 month), training during bootcamp (6 months) and up to 3 months after the end of the bootcamp/graduation to support their job search.
