Implemented under the European Commission's COSME Programme, the project operates across various territories, including provinces in Italy, Cyprus, Hungary, Greece, and Spain, during the period from January 2023 to June 2025. Its core aim is to enhance the capacity of SMEs and community ecosystems in the EU tourism sector to embrace and advocate sustainable strategies and practices in circular tourism. To achieve this, the project facilitates a range of activities, including the co-development and implementation of a transnational capacity-building program focused on peer-to-peer learning and practices sharing, the establishment of an innovative support system offering consultancy and mentoring services, the creation of open educational resources on circular tourism, business development, and sustainability assessment, the design of integrated circular tourism itineraries in target communities, and the formulation of sustainable tourism marketing strategies to promote circular cultural tourism.
