The LIM4ALL project, funded by the EU’s Creative Europe programme, aims to transform traditional museums into inclusive and innovative spaces that engage a diverse audience, including citizens, migrants, and people with disabilities. Recognizing the limitations of conventional museum models that primarily target tourists, LIM4ALL seeks to create “living museums” that serve as hubs for local development and creativity. The project emphasizes digitalization, gamification, and collaboration with local and international stakeholders to establish best practices in museum innovation. By enhancing accessibility and fostering community involvement, LIM4ALL aims to enrich cultural experiences and promote sustainable tourism. The project began on 1 March 2023 and is set to conclude on 28 February 2025, spanning three countries.
