The programme runs three roundtables: digital tools for training (AI-based learning, VR/AR in vocational education), remanufacturing and industrial transformation (practical examples of AI and circular production), and human centricity and professional growth (attracting and retaining skilled workers, harmonised qualifications for cross-border mobility). Several Horizon Europe and Erasmus+ projects contribute expertise, including VR-VET, INSPIRE, R3-MYDAS, BUTTERFLIES and AIRISE. EWF, founded in 1992 and bringing together 28 European member countries, coordinates international education, qualification and certification systems for the manufacturing sector. Registration is mandatory.
