The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) has recommended all eight applications submitted in its call for co-financing European Digital Innovation Hubs, with recommended support of PLN 76.4 million (approx. EUR 18 million). The decision means that the hubs can continue and expand services that help companies assess their digital maturity, test technologies and plan investments.

The call ran from 27 May to 15 July 2026 under the European Funds for a Modern Economy programme, with PLN 100 million available, and the recommended amount tops up the support that the hubs already receive from the Digital Europe Programme. Hubs offer digital maturity checks, training and advice, and they also help firms to find financing and to test technology before they decide to invest. Several of the recommended hubs have a clear industrial profile. hub4industry 2.0 in Kraków covers AI, robotics, automation and Industry 4.0, Technopark Kielce adds robotics and 3D printing to its offer, and hubs in Silesia and Wrocław work on AI, cybersecurity and Industry 4.0. For Polish manufacturing SMEs, this secures funding for services that allow them to try a solution in practice before paying for it, which lowers the risk of a first investment in automation or digital tools.
