The Additive Manufacturing Sector Skills Strategy Roadmap, first published in 2021 and updated in 2023 to reflect how quickly AM technology continues to evolve, identifies seven 'Gap Drivers' as the sector's key skills challenges and sets out strategic objectives and supporting actions to address each one through to 2030.
