Each event follows the ECCP's standard model of pre-arranged one-to-one meetings rather than open-format networking, intended to make international partner-finding more efficient for smaller companies without a large business-development team. Applications typically open several months ahead of each event, and interested organisations are advised to register interest early given limited meeting slots.
