The CREDinGREEN project, which ran from 2021 to 2023, aimed to support tourism SMEs in adapting to market changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the EU Green Deal. It focused on developing an innovative training program that equipped tourism managers and staff with the skills needed for sustainable and resilient business practices. The project included micro-credential-certified upskilling, online training modules, and collaboration between tourism industry experts and educators. By fostering ecological and digital transformations, CREDinGREEN sought to future-proof the tourism sector across Europe. Additionally, it facilitated networking opportunities to enhance knowledge sharing and best practices among participants.
