The STAY project, which has been co-funded by the European Union since 2022, has uncovered a case study of Fallängetorp, an ecological farm tucked away in central Sweden's Krylbo. The farm was first opened in 2008. The farm, which specialises in the production of sheep, cows, and pigs, welcomes guests with physical limitations and emphasises accessibility through its Lillstugan cabin and Bed & Breakfast Mellangården accommodations. Nestled in the scenic surroundings of Västmanland County, the farm serves a wide spectrum of customers with events that include Swedish fika gatherings and "Be Farmer for a Day" experiences. Fallängetorp is a prime example of sustainable agrotourism, combining farm life with chances for environmental exploration and education, and is bolstered by both domestic and foreign tourism.
