This Erasmus+ project aimed to enhance the skills of hospitality front desk officers using 3D simulations to prepare them for various scenarios, including COVID-19 management. Running from May 31, 2022 to December 30, 2024, it focused on digital content, new learning methods, and improving transparency and certification. The initiative aimed to improve digital skills and international cooperation in vocational education and training.
