Village Partenaire is more than a business centre—it's a thriving ecosystem for sustainable entrepreneurship. Located in Brussels, it provides eco-managed office spaces, shared services, and customised business coaching, all designed to support the development of companies that align with social and environmental values.
With 33 businesses currently hosted and 679 business creations supported since 2007, Village Partenaire has become a cornerstone of sustainable entrepreneurship in the region. The centre’s mission is clear: to foster economic value creation while actively contributing to environmental protection and social cohesion.
Entrepreneurs benefit from flexible, all-in office contracts, complete with internet, utilities, secure access, and shared meeting rooms. They also have access to a team of expert coaches through the Guichet d’Économie Locale (GEL), which supports business creation with a sustainability lens. The coaching service helps refine project feasibility, develop governance models, explore circular economy opportunities, and facilitate access to finance.
Sustainability is embedded into every aspect of Village Partenaire. From aquaponics and composting to shared solar energy and mobility solutions, the site is a living lab for circular practices. Entrepreneurs can take part in urban agriculture projects, reduce their carbon footprint, and source local and organic produce through an on-site solidarity purchasing group (GAS). The Good Food-certified restaurant Hibiscus provides healthy lunches, while shared bikes and cargo trailers promote soft mobility.
Networking and collaboration are strongly encouraged. Village Partenaire connects its tenants to a wide network of public and private actors in Brussels’ entrepreneurial ecosystem, such as hub.brussels, Innoviris, and Citydev. Regular events, workshops, and collaborative initiatives create a vibrant community where ideas flourish and partnerships are formed.
Moreover, Village Partenaire prioritises inclusive economic participation, welcoming entrepreneurs from all backgrounds and providing tools for resilient, low-carbon business development. This is especially evident in its targeted support for urban farming projects, which offer local employment, reduce environmental impact, and contribute to food sustainability.
Whether you’re an early-stage entrepreneur or a scaling SME, Village Partenaire provides the space, support, and sustainability focus to help your project thrive. With a unique mix of services, infrastructure, and community engagement, it represents a model of green and inclusive economic transition that cities across Europe can look to for inspiration.
