Ovidius University, in partnership with CiTyInnoHub and local authorities, is conducting a series of innovation workshops in Southeastern Romania's Dobrogea region to drive digital transformation in tourism. Starting July 4, 2024, these workshops utilize Design Thinking and Design Sprint methodologies to address challenges like seasonal tourism fluctuations and digital engagement. The initiative aims to train local tourism entities, including public organizations and SMEs, in using digital technologies and sustainable practices, enhancing the region's economic sustainability and innovation capacity.
