The guidance clarifies - in all EU languages - interpretation of several provisions, including recyclability requirements, labelling, and limits on substances of concern such as PFAS and heavy metals in packaging. For chemicals companies that supply or use packaging materials, the clarifications are a practical resource for confirming how specific products and packaging formats will be treated once the regulation applies across all 27 Member States.
