Another initiative of our Circularity program is the Biomass Balance approach. The Biomass Balance approach follows a similar virgin fossil feedstock substitution logic as the ChemCycling® concept. It replaces naphtha and natural gas by bio-naphtha or biogas at the beginning of the value chain. Numerous downstream customers are profiting from biomass-balanced products like insulation (energystore+), aroma ingredients or home care products (Henkel)
