The SusChem Sweden initiative promotes sustainable competitiveness and R&I and technological solutions and brings together industry and researchers both nationally and across Europe. SusChem Sweden was initiated in 2018 by two founding members: IKEM (Innovation and Chemical Industries) and IVL (Swedish Environmental Research Institute). The main focus is to develop an Research Agenda for Safe And Sustainable By Design Chemicals. SusChem Sweden is part of SusChem which is a European network of companies and researchers in approx. 17 countries focusing on sustainable chemical and chemical-related industries.
