The EBC and the International Union of Property Owners (UIPI) have announced an event organised under the LIFE-funded CondoReno project on the 29th of September 2026. The event will bring together policymakers, financial institutions, local authorities and construction stakeholders to discuss approaches supporting condominium renovation across Europe. Discussions will focus on governance challenges, delivery of renovation support services and financing mechanisms for condominium renovation projects. The event will also present lessons from CondoReno pilot activities and examine how renovation support models can be applied more widely. The discussions are linked to the implementation of EU renovation objectives, including measures associated with the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD). Register here.
