Building on the Commission's Whole Life Carbon Roadmap and the EU methodology for calculating the life cycle global warming potential to be developed by 2025 under the revised EPBD, FIEC will examine how larger contractors, as well as medium and smaller contractors, assess the life cycle performance of their projects and how the EU methodology works in practice.
