1)Deliver dedicated training sessions on project finance modeling and innovative financing schemes:
        • Minimum of 3 training sessions annually.
        • Incorporates actual case studies that explain effectiveness of our innovative solutions
        •  The ultimate goal is to increase the capacity of project developers to invest in sustainable energy solutions.
The ultimate goal is to equip stakeholders with the knowledge and tools to develop bankable project and  increase their capacity to invest in sustainable energy solutions.

2)Provide a comprehensive private financing catalogue as a toolkit for stakeholder, offer expert advisory services on project design and financing, and host investor-project matchmaking events:
        • Publish private financing catalogue by Q2-2025
        • Advisory support to at least 5 projects annually
        • Facilitate at least 2 matchmaking events annually
The end goal is enabling stakeholders to select the most appropriate financing mechanisms
    
3)Organize workshops and networking events that connect stakeholders:
        • Host at least 2 workshops or networking events annually.
The end goal is to foster collaborations in the building ecosystem 
    
4)Provide tailored policy recommendations to EU policy makers, local authorities:
        • Ensure that the revised Public Procurement Directive in 2025 includes provisions to promote energy efficiency and prioritize energy-efficient materials in public buildings
        • Contribute to the development of the EU Clean Industrial Strategy, ensuring it creates tangible opportunities for manufacturers of building materials and in energy sectors.
The end goal is to support the implementation and the development of policies that create enabling environments for energy transition.
