The European Commission, through the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA), will host the 2025 Cleantech Conference on 8 April 2025 in Brussels, Belgium. Under the theme 'Advancing Europe’s clean industrial transformation,' the conference will focus on supporting the EU’s ambition to build a globally competitive, resilient, and decarbonised industrial base. It will explore the role of clean technologies, public and private investment, and innovation in driving the transition, with a special emphasis on energy-intensive sectors such as chemicals.
Participants will include high-level representatives from the European Commission, industry, financial institutions, think tanks, and civil society. The agenda features keynote speeches, roundtables, lightning talks by Innovation Fund project beneficiaries, and discussions on the Clean Industrial Deal, the scale-up of disruptive technologies, and supply chain resilience. The event aims to foster dialogue and partnership among stakeholders at the forefront of Europe’s green industrial transition.
The conference will take place in person and will also be livestreamed for online participants. Full details, including the agenda and list of speakers, are available here: https://cinea.ec.europa.eu/programmes/innovation-fund/2025-cleantech-conference-advancing-europes-clean-industrial-transformation_en
