In 2022, the Netherlands led in digitalisation within the tourism industry among Greece’s competitors, scoring 180.95. Greece, on the other hand, was among the countries with the lowest digitalisation levels, scoring 62.77. This position remained unchanged from 2019, with the Netherlands still leading at 173.02, while Greece’s score was slightly higher than in 2022. This indicates a slower rate of digitalisation in Greece compared to other EU countries. More detailed data can be found in the Greek Tourism Analytics Dashboard (GTAD) by the Institute of the Association of Greek Tourism Enterprises (INSETE), which is freely accessible and can be tailored to individual needs.
