Based on the latest data from the Croatian Bureau of Statistics, Croatia had a total of 224 operational nautical ports in 2023. The highest concentration of these ports is in Zadar and Šibenik-Knin counties, which together account for 50% of the total. Since 2019, the number of nautical ports has increased by 34.1%. The most common types of ports in 2023 were anchorages (35.3%) and boat storages (19.2%).
