Based on the data from OECD, international tourism expenditure is on the rise in five countries: Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Norway, and Sweden. Spain stands out with a notable increase of 57.8% from 2015 to 2019, highlighting a robust expansion in international tourism. Conversely, Sweden shows the least growth, with an increase of just 2.9% over the same period, indicating a more subdued rise in tourism expenditure compared to its peers.
