In 2022, inbound tourists in the Czech Republic allocated the largest portion of their expenses to accommodation and boarding, accounting for 52.7% of all inbound spending. This trend is also observed among Czech residents traveling abroad. Meanwhile, domestic tourists spent the most on accommodation and goods, making up 47.3% of their total expenses. Consequently, the Czech Republic’s tourism balance was positive in 2022, with a net inflow of CZK 56.6 billion. More detailed data can be found in the Czech Statistical Office’s public database.
