In 2023, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Austria showed the highest interest in Croatia as a tourism destination, accounting for 46.8% of all foreign tourists. Notably, 27.2% of these tourists came from Germany, an increase from 22.3% in 2019. This suggests a growing dependence of Croatia’s tourism industry on German visitors.
