According to the latest data from Dataestur, in February 2024, Spain experienced the highest number of tourist accommodations since August 2020, with 351,389 housing units dedicated to tourism. This represents 1.3% of the total housing stock in the country. The regions with the most available houses for tourists were Andalusia (23.5%), Valencian Community (16.9%), and Catalonia (15.0%).
