The course, developed by the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, aims to deepen participants’ knowledge by identifying the challenges of the tourism industry. It enables a deeper exploration of the concepts underpinning tourism sustainability, hospitality, and customer service. The course fosters a comprehensive understanding of how to cultivate tourism enterprises and destinations in alignment with environmental preservation, while also respecting local development and emphasizing a strong commitment to service.
