The TOURBIT EU project, which aims to enhance the digitalisation of European tourism SMEs, offers webinars through its Go Digital Skills Programme. The webinar, released in October 2023, focuses on digital marketing. It provides guidance on creating engaging, interactive content and communicating sustainability, with numerous examples from digital marketing. The webinar discusses various digital channels that SMEs can easily utilise, such as newsletters, social media, and Google Business profiles, and shares best practices for each. It also includes some examples from the MICE industry. The webinar recording is specifically designed for tourism SMEs but is freely accessible to anyone interested.
