The Network of European Museum Organisations (NEMO) held the European Museum Conference 2023 in Lahti, Finland, from 19-21 November 2023, focusing on how museums can contribute to climate action and a sustainable future. The conference featured an interview with Claudia Casali (International Museum of Ceramics in Faenza) by Eva Koppen (Association of European Jewish Museums), which shared her museum’s first-hand experience with natural disasters after the floods in May 2023 in Italy.
