The Circular City Centre (C3), a competence and resource centre co-funded by the European Commission, assists cities in adopting circular economy principles by providing expert guidance and resources. C3 has now opened applications for its advisory programmes, designed to help European cities transition to a circular economy. The C3 programmes aim to provide tailored guidance for cities at different stages of their circular journey, from initial strategy development to the preparation of projects for funding.

The Circular City Advisory (CCA) programme supports cities in developing strategies and building a project’s pipeline, while the Circular Project Advisory (CPA) programme focuses on preparing specific circular economy projects for implementation and financing. Both programmes are available at no cost to participating cities and are delivered in collaboration with expert partners like Circle Economy, Arup, ICLEI, and ECORYS.

Applications for these advisory services are open until 28 February 2025. Cities interested in joining the programmes must submit an expression of interest through the dedicated portals for CCA and CPA.

For more details and to apply, visit the Circular City Centre website.
