The Czech Technical University in Prague is happy to announce that the seventh edition of the Central Europe towards Sustainable Building (CESB) conference will be held on 16-19 September 2025 in the historical capital of Prague, Czech Republic.

The conference will be held under the auspices of international conveners and belongs to the Sustainable Built Environment regional conference series leading towards the World Sustainable Built Environment conference. 

 

The CESB25’s objective is to present current activities in sustainable building with special focus on the Central Europe area, to bring ideas and international expertise to the region to contribute to its further development, and to share new insights arising within Central Europe in order to enhance sustainable development at a local and global scale.

  • net zero carbon buildings and districts;  

  • sustainable and resilient urban development;   

  • sustainability in cities and landscapes; 

  • methodological innovations of public space development, interdisciplinary approaches; 

  • circular economy, resilience and sustainability in building design;
