The European Sustainable Tourism Mobility Forum, in collaboration with the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, and the Netherlands Board of Tourism and Conventions (NBTC), is organised by Breda University of Applied Sciences on 26 May 2025.

The event aims to enhance knowledge, networks, and collaboration among policymakers, industry leaders, society, and researchers to drive the shift towards sustainable tourism mobility. By raising awareness, inspiring action, and facilitating multi-stakeholder dialogue, the forum seeks to align tourism and transport agendas, address challenges, and prioritise concrete actions at both European and national levels.

Participants are invited to explore alternative futures of tourism mobility consumption, tackle climate risk challenges, examine innovative business models, delve into the potential of tourism and transport data exchange, and discuss pathways for a just and ethical transition through a series of interactive workshops.

The Netherlands Institute for Transport Policy Analysis (KiM), Better Places, Austrian Tourism, NS Dutch Railways, University of Westminster, Corendon, KLM, Axa Partners, SNP Natuurreizen, Belgian Federation of Bus and Coach (FBAA), International Road Transport Union (IRU), and Transport & Environment are confirmed speakers.

Join the event for engaging discussions and networking under the theme "Accelerating the Transition to Sustainable Tourism Mobility." Follow the attached link for detailed information on the interactive sessions and a timetable.
