Tourism professionals, destination managers, and digital service providers across Europe are invited to participate in a new survey assessing digital skills within the sector. Launched by the Sustainable Tourism Partnership of the Urban Agenda for the EU, this initiative aims to identify current needs, highlight promising digital tools, and guide the development of tailored support for tourism’s ongoing digital transition.
The survey is open until 15 June 2025 and takes approximately 5–7 minutes to complete. The results will inform the creation of a practical toolkit designed to help destinations and professionals thrive in an increasingly digital landscape.
