On 5 June 2025, from 10:00 to 11:30 am (Brussels time), CafecISTO Europe will host an online session highlighting major EU initiatives supporting skills development and inclusion in the tourism sector.

Organised in English with automatic subtitles, the event will feature presentations on the Pact for Skills for Tourism and the Large-Scale Skills Partnership, along with insights from two EU-funded projects: PANTOUR and TourEdu4All. TU Dublin will present a handbook on best practices for equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), while AKMI will introduce the 4 Pillars Model for Inclusive Tourism.

This session offers tourism stakeholders practical tools and opportunities for collaboration to help shape a more inclusive and future-ready European tourism industry.
