The Flagship Resilient Tourism initiative has announced a call for projects, with submissions open until 5 January 2025. It aims to support the digitalisation of the travel sector in Vaud, Switzerland. It is designed for SMEs in the travel and tourism industry within the region and offers expert guidance from the EHL Hospitality Business School and its network, CHF 5,000 in funding, and networking opportunities.
The primary goal is to foster innovative projects such as data platforms, artificial intelligence, forecasting, automation, online platforms, software testing and adoption, and data-driven marketing. These efforts aim to boost the local economy, enhance digitalisation in the canton, and increase the region's visibility. Selected projects will enable participants to optimise their business operations, adopt new digital tools, expand their databases, gain better customer insights, drive innovation, and enjoy numerous other benefits.
