The call for proposals focuses on coordination and support of a coalition of islands, regions, and waterfront cities committed to achieving the Mission Ocean and Waters objectives. The project aims to establish a broad coalition, design and implement actions to achieve the Mission objectives, structure and consolidate the Mission communities, engage citizens and stakeholders, and cooperate with various institutions. The call for proposals also aims to leverage funds, support public authorities, forge links with other EU initiatives, and support the Commission in developing a Mission Ocean and Waters Label.
