The Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of Poland has announced a call for proposals aimed at enhancing the role of culture and sustainable tourism in driving economic growth, promoting social inclusion, and fostering social innovation across the country.

Funding will support:

  • The development of cultural infrastructure, including the creation of facilities that encourage active participation in cultural and community life
  • The preservation and enhancement of cultural heritage sites, with a focus on increasing the appeal of key monuments, improving visitor services, building or strengthening monument branding, and integrating modern technologies into cultural offerings.

Eligible applicants include:

  • State and local government cultural institutions
  • Public art schools and universities
  • Non-governmental organisations (NGOs)
  • Churches and religious associations
  • Entities managing sites recognised by UNESCO, the President of Poland, or those holding the European Heritage Label

A total of PLN 200 million is available in the form of grants. The call for proposals is open from 2 June to 30 September 2025 (The original piece available only in Polish).
