The Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme has announced a call for small projects and project platforms that contribute to innovative, water-smart, and climate-neutral solutions across the Baltic Sea region. It aims to support practical, transnational initiatives that address regional challenges and foster sustainable development, particularly in rural and socially or economically vulnerable areas. Eligible applicants include public authorities, NGOs, research institutions, and other relevant organisations from participating countries. Successful applicants will receive EU co-financing with budget of up to EUR 500,000, and access to a collaborative environment that promotes cross-border cooperation. The deadline for submitting full applications is 8 October 2025, with earlier deadlines for Project Idea Forms and system access on 5 June 2025.
