The Silesian Voivodeship has announced a call for applications under Action 9.1 of the European Funds for Silesia program, aimed at increasing the role of culture and tourism in subregional development. From July 31, 2024, to October 31, 2024, public authorities, NGOs, cultural institutions, and other eligible entities can apply for funding to develop cultural infrastructure, enhance tourism infrastructure, and create networks of tourist trails. Projects can receive up to 85% of funding, with a total budget of 59,300,319.91 PLN available for this initiative. This program seeks to boost regional development through strategic investments in culture and tourism (The original piece available only in Polish).
