The European Funds for Lubelskie 2021-2027 (Fundusze Europejskie dla Lubelskiego 2021-2027) programme announced a funding call for projects on 5 May 2025. The initiative aims to support the protection of natural heritage, enhance safety, and promote sustainable tourism development in the rural areas of the Lublin Voivodeship. Eligible applicants include public administration, healthcare institutions, social organisations, religious associations, partnerships, enterprises pursuing public purposes, and public service organisations. Projects should focus on developing areas with high natural, landscape, or cultural value (excluding Natura 2000 areas), enhancing tourist attractions, renewing and securing public spaces, improving infrastructure for sanatoriums and spas, and preparing or upgrading business investment areas. A total of PLN 53,145,850.04 (EUR 12,721,927.00) in ERDF funds is allocated for co-financing projects, with the possibility of receiving up to 85% ERDF co-financing of eligible expenses without upper funding limits. Applications for project funding should be submitted via the CST2021 system under call number FELU.11.05-IZ.00-001/25 by 30 June 2025 (The original piece available only in Polish).
